    I had a leaky kitchen faucet, and a bathtub leaking into the basement. Right before Christmas. Sigh. Who ya gonna call? Potts Plumbing & Appliance Repair, LLC! They came on time, were efficient and so very nice. Of course, in my house things are usually more complicated than they should be, so it took longer than any of us thought it would. But they never complained, just dug in and did what needed to be done, going the extra mile several times. And I received a reasonable bill. From Loreena’s friendly voice on the phone to the plumbing, heating/air, and appliance repair staff, they are courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I just can’t say enough good things about them!

    Pott's came out on 1/25/22 to repair my dryer. After replacing several of the dryer parts the repairmen said the dryer vent ductwork was clogged/crimped and needed to be replaced, and that I shouldn't use the dryer until that was replaced. I had a HVAC company out to replace the ductwork the following week. I then tried using my dryer for the first time since being "fixed" and it is still not working. The dryer turned on once, didn't dry the clothes, made screeching noises, and hasn't turned on since then. I contacted Pott's to have them come back out and they said they could come out Friday, but the visit would be at full cost, $100 an hour for the first hour, then $80 an hour plus parts after that. The woman I spoke to stated that they do not guarantee their work, which speaks volumes about the quality of work they provide, so even though I spent almost $800 two weeks ago when they were out, they would not come back out to make right the fact that the repairman did not actually fix the dryer when he was here. Now I am out almost $800 and do not have a functioning dryer. I am extremely disappointed in the service I've received, and will not be using Potts again. I do not recommend using this company.

    Jana~. Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We value your concerns and strive to give 100% customer satisfaction to all of our customers. In regards to your concerns, your invoice was not “just” for your (stackable unit) dryer services. The technician was also called out to provide services for your refrigerator and (stackable unit) washer. Due to the fact that your washer and dryer are a stackable unit- services for this appliance can take quite awhile to diagnose and repair. The technician did keep you informed that the dryer vent could take awhile , as well, to clean due to the condition that it was in. The dryer repairs were informed to you and you approved these repairs prior to the technician proceeding with the repairs. The technician also was authorized by yourself to provide repairs for your washer and for your refrigerator. The washer and refrigerator repairs were a good portion of your total bill. The dryer AND dryer vent were the remaining part of your invoice. When you contacted the office on February 7, 2022 and mentioned that your dryer was still having issues- the office simply read the invoice that was sent to your email which read that “the dryer vent plugged up- needs replaced- do not use dryer until vent has been replaced- no warranty”. The dryer vent needed replaced in the attic. Potts Plumbing and Appliance Repair sent you an estimate to proceed with the dryer vent replacement as well. Since we did not make the replacement for the dryer vent in the attic, we will not warranty your dryer or dryer vent. The office “did not” state that we do “not” guarantee our work. We always warranty any parts that we install. The office also did not mention ANY pricing for any return trip. The office only mentioned that “charges will apply” due to the dryer not being warrantied. You did not wish to proceed with scheduling an appointment.
