  🚨CAUTION🚨 I hired POSEIDON. the crew knew more than the inspectors (my opinion) The crew told me I needed 10k more of work. I believed them more than the inspector. Talking with them just felt shady. The workers seemed like they cared more about how their job was done and what they were doing and would go into detail about what I needed and made me feel Good and people I could trust! The inspectors On the other hand is a no for me. Not pleased. i didn’t trust them. Just felt off. They weren’t on the same page as the workers. Looking into another company for future notice. I want to trust the WHOLE Company. Not just one or the other.

  Used Poseidon to waterproof my basement. Included install of sump pump. Previous comments stated how clean this company was. OMG. That is SO not true. I have dirt, mud & stones everywhere. Mud caked on tile & grout. Scratches on my wood floors. Cigarette butt found on windowsill. Just be Leary when talking with salesman. He may be nice but he’s not the person coming back to do the work. I’m just hoping the price and the mess was worth it all.

  Hi Cathy. We appreciate your feedback. I do want to stress as I told you on the phone that this was the first complaint about this crew. The foreman that installed your job always receives stellar reviews and compliments from the customer. You did refuse a pre visit which could have helped prep the guys more for the installation. After trenching there were pieces of brick everywhere that the crew was very diligent in the removal of, but also caused the job to go over a day. According to your final walk through that you signed and the fact you submitted final payment it seems as though you were satisfied with the work. Again we appreciate your feedback, as this is what makes us better. We value you your business and if there are any issues please give us a call as your install comes with a lifetime transferable warranty.

  I hired Poseidon Waterproofing after owner Dave Hutcher came by to inspect my basement and prepare a detailed proposal for waterproofing and providing a dry basement. Dave also returned to answer my questions after I received the proposal. I agreed to the entire proposal, which included interior French drains around the entire perimeter, 2 baskets, 6 pumps, exterior entrance drain, durawall, mold treatment, and a large powerful dehumidifier that covers the entire basement. I have an 1800 square foot basement with 5 separate rooms. This made the project more difficult than it would be for an unfinished basement. However, Mike Williams (foreman) and his crew worked carefully for over a week, putting in some long days to ensure an excellent result. I know my basement wasn’t easy and had some tricky spots, but Mike was never afraid to reach out to Todd (project manager) to get advice, so that he could provide the best job possible for me. This crew exceeded my expectations in every way.
