  Missed appointments starting May 26th through June23rd, won't return calls, took $139.00 payment for work he did not do. I went to the Better Business Bureau and he is not registered. I looked him up with the State of N.H. He is not registered. The definition of Fraud - wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. Took money provided no service? I would say that is Fraud
