  I had an issue with sewer smell filling the house. We couldn't locate where it was coming from. We noticed the smell was strong in the basement and outside on the backyard patio. We called port Sheldon as a referral from our realtor. Some plumber and their apprentice came out, and they thought it was the toilet not being fastened all the way and the drain pipe not being properly sealed. I asked about the smell outside and they said it's coming from inside the house and it's pushing it outside from the furnace vent. The toilet drainpipe was repaired but clearly it could've been a one man job, I was still charged for two. Later on, they said that the smell would go away in a few days, and well it didn't. I called them back out and they blamed it on a drainpipe coming from the kitchen sink and claimed they changed parts, but they were the exact same parts I already had there. Again, they said the smell would go away in a few days. Of course, the smell didn't go away. This time we called Rapid Flush and Draining, they figured out there was raw sewage underneath the patio deck and that's where the smell was coming from. They ran a camera and discovered it was a collapsed pipe, this took all of 15 minutes. Rapid Flush was able to repair it, but I already wasted my time with port Sheldon plumbing, but I could've saved money if I didn't go with them in the first place. It's sad that after port Sheldon plumbing was at my residence twice and couldn't figure out there was raw sewage in the back patio, clearly someone experienced would of known that easily and quickly, rather than not considering it at all.

  Excellent work! Had an issue with a few things around the house, my wife calls me to tell me they are here. Took me 10 minutes to get home, everything was already fixed by the time I arrived! Very professional and I would highly recommend them!
