  At my job I was calling around for a same day plumber and no one could help. I stumbled on Pope in google search. They were there in one hour. Absolute best customer service and professional work. Fast forward to last week. PVC burst. They were there in a hour. They worked two days over the water, we float on the water. In cold weather all day. Yancey made sure there were no leaks and his helper was super nice.. Major repair at a great price. Professional. I am so impressed. I will never call anyone else again. We found our partner.

  Not many can disagree that a company's workers are a clear reflection of the company and its reputation. In this instance, one of Pope Plumbing Company's drivers exhibited aggressive behavior on the road. From a streetlight I accelerated to pass a Pope Plumbing Company van on my right to get into the right lane. Turns out that the van also accelerated quickly and I was unable to merge right. However, as I pressed on my brake to slow down to merge right, the Pope Plumbing employee slammed on his brake and unnecessarily blocked me from merging right. Why would anyone do this? Perhaps he was trying to merge left.....but aggressive road-rage driving behavior creates a dangerous situation, especially since I had two young children in my car. In any event, the reputation of this company also includes the behavior of its employees, whether it be on the job to provide a service, or acting under the capacity of its employer in transit to or from a job. This particular individual not only created a dangerous situation for me and my family, but also contributed to tarnishing the goodwill of his employer. You can be certain that I will not be calling on Pope Plumbing for any services as one bad egg in your basket just ruined it for me. FYI - Pope Plumbing - your driver was driving southbound on Central Expressway near Lemmon around 4 PM March 1.

  We sincerely apologize for the situation that occurred. We have strong disciplinary policies in place and vehicle monitoring capabilities to help protect the public, our company, our drivers, and our vans against poor or reckless driving. We spoke with the driver and he described the same situation you laid out. The difference being he thought you were being aggressive and not letting him over. The situation was exactly what you thought and both vehicles were trying to accomplish the same maneuver at the same time. The driver would like to extend his apologies for making you feel like he was being aggressive and the last thing he wanted was to scare you or your family. His vehicle monitoring system collaborates both of your stories and we feel this was an unavoidable miscommunication between drivers. That being said, disciplinary actions were taken against the driver. Google reviews can make or break our small family owned business, please feel free to contact us directly before going online. It will accomplish the same result except it doesn’t punish the rest of our employees and their ability to provide for their families. Thank you for your feed back.

  Pope Plumbing was quick to respond a need to check my garbage disposal that was not working. Technician, Michael came first thing in the morning and look at the problem. No major issue was found except connections were loose. Did not charge me anything - said no repairs were made. From this I would rate Pope a 5 star honesty, professionalism and timely response time. I highly recommend this company and I will surely it use for any future plumbing problems.
