  I've used Pontotoc Plumbing for individual plumbing concerns, as well as for building a new house. When I first began using them, they were quick to respond and efficient. Then we began building. They made several mistakes and came back to fix them, so all was well. Most recently, I had a leak on a recently installed outdoor faucet they installed. I called and messaged them for three days, and never received a response. I ended up calling another company to address the issue. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

  Great response time and everyone was very professional, caring and helpful. A really great team to be able to rely on. Kudos to them all.

  They did a good job fix my drain my shower head great prices my only complaint was throwing cigarette butts on my property
