  I called (and left a voicemail with) a company first thing Monday morning after a very cold weekend because I needed my furnace looked at. A friend told me to call Pointon instead. I called (and talked to Michelle right away!) at 9am and Riley was at my door by 11. I decided I needed an entire new unit, and two gentleman had it up and running by 2pm on Wednesday. I have a shiny new furnace and a fancy new thermostat. Thank you for answering my phone call, for getting to my house so quickly, for dealing with my nosey dogs, and for not leaving me freezing in my house! I'm going to recommend you to everyone! I have yet to hear back from that first company I called... 😒🤣

  The BEST of the BEST!!! We highly recommend Pointon Heating & Air conditioning inc, this is a GREAT company!! Steve (the owner) is great to work with. Mike, Jake and Travis are wonderful, they went above an beyond to give the best, quickest and quality service in having an A/C system and water heaters installed. Pointon heating and Air conditioning inc. are experts, accommodating, honest and fairly priced. All the workers are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and polite. We are extremely happy and satisfied. Thank you so much to Michelle and Kim to provide your PROFESSIONAL and IMPECCABLE work at reception and your FANTASTIC and AMAZING customer service!!! 😄
