  What was approved for emergency service (required to dispatch and repair within 24 hours) turned into a three week waiting game where Poe's told us one thing and contradicted our insurance company. In the meantime, we can't live at our home and each day there is more secondary damage. To top it off, the technician, I believe it was Aaron, showed up late to both appointments and I found him to be quite sexist, and simply rude. Avoid this company if possible...or set your expectations for one star service...if you can get an appointment and get them out.

  The person, Aaron?, that came out the first time was really nice. But they have not returned my calls or emails since then to help fix the issue: 7 weeks and counting..

  Thanks Judy for rescheduling my appointment time earlier than planned. This was a water heater problem on my rental home and under a home warranty agreement. So I was very pleased that your tech was professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem with parts in one visit. Again thanks and I will not hesitate to recommend Poes to family and friends for their plumbing needs. Rob Cruz
