Smooth install of our new water heater. Thanks Jose! We ended up paying more than we thought we would have to as our home warranty didn't cover everything (our old water heater was from 1994 so we needed a ton of modifications) but we are glad we went for it, and now we have a nice new water heater, that works great! Thank you!

I would absolutely recommend Plymwr to friends & family. If I have any future plumbing issues, I will definitely call them again. My technician Phil was friendly, helpful, on time & he tidied up after installing the water heater. The customer service was excellent & the technician was too.

Was referred to them via Old Republic Home Warranty.  Showed up after about a week (totally acceptable). Fiddled with the few items on the list. Messed up the shower to where he told me not to use it until it was repaired. Over two weeks passed, multiple attempts to contact. Finally switched and went with another plumber who came out same day .
Meanwhile, water had been leaking in the wall of the shower, causing trim to swell and the flow began to show evidence of water damage.
Would not recommend.

They came out, stole my money, said they cleared the drain but didn't show any proof of what came out of the pipes. This was a empty rental and I didn't rent it for a few months. Now the new tenant  is there and the first tub full of water didn't drain. They did nothing. They were supposed to clear the drain and we're still having the same problem? I asked if they could send someone back because the property was empty and he was the only plumber there. They said no because it was over 60 days. I'll never use them again and anytime I'm asked for a good plumber I tell people, a lot of people, don't use them. They will ripp you off.

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. My pilot light from my water heater keeps going out. During the cold days I had to light it 3 times a day but recently since it hasn't been that cold, its been staying on but wanted my warranty company (First American) to send a plumber out to look at it. First the technician (Colin) did a virtual call with me which was fine due to the circumstances right now. He looked at it from my camera and advised I needed the copper wire from ignitor replaced. So the company called me to schedule the fix. The guy (Joey) came out and I honestly dont think he knew what he was doing. He looked frustrated and broke my burner assembly bracket. He tried to put the burner assembly back in place and then ask me if the pilot looks ok? Are you kidding me? He is the expert, not me! I cant believe a plumber asked a customer if something looks ok. After that, I told him nothing better happen to my garage or house. He said he didnt feel comfortable with it and just left everything how it was. I was livid and furious. This was on a Friday so I had no hot water for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today is Tuesday. Not 1 single person from this company has called me back. I have left several messages, text to the owner and nothing. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I would never ever recommend this company. They break your parts and just leave it with no care at all. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and writing as many bad reviews I can. People save your money, your stress and DO NOT Contact this company. If your warranty company suggest them, ask for another plumbing company!!

Plymwr Plumbing technician arrived within the time frame and he was very efficient and was able to repair my garbage disposal under the sink quickly, restoring the use of the electricity to the unit and it now functions as before. Very satisfied.

Terrible plumbing company sent by American Home Shield basically called us liars when we said our plumbing issue occurred through normal use and said we used excessive force.   He made sure we would not get this covered by our AHS plan so that we would have to pay him his rate.  Corrupt.

We have to submit our professional opinion and pictures. AHS makes the decision on what to cover and what not to cover.

Plymwr Plumbing is completely unprofessional. They were selected by my home warranty company, and it has been nothing but a headache to use their services. They originally came out to work on my tub. They schedule their appointments with a three hour service window, and each time they have come out to my home they have arrived one-two hours after the service window. So basically, I have had to wait around for up to five hours for them to just arrive. After they did a full days work on my tub, the tub is still not draining and the stopper doesn’t work to contain the water. Today is my appointment for them to come out to fix the work they previously did and my service appointment time was from 9:00-noon. It is now almost 1:00 pm, and I have not heard from anyone. I have called the office and even though it says the office is open on Saturdays until 2:00 pm, no one is answering the phone. So I have wasted another morning waiting for them to arrive. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

I highly recommend customers to look for another plumber company, they are so unprofessional tried to call office no one answers to get update . Leave messages no one replies .they make appointment and don’t arrive. They don’t notify you about work orders . I had to cancel my service and go with a professional after waiting almost 2 weeks . I went with someone who is a professional and went the next day for a water heater.

Phil is very knowledgeable and just plain awesome. He helped track down the leak and fix it. I thought it was going to be a major job and it ended up being a minor job . He’s personable, respectful and a great representative for the company.
