We called because our drains were backed up and we were not able to use water in the house at all or we had water coming up from the main drain. They showed up quickly and had it all done and taken care of in under an hour! The owner is also a super helpful guy and he came out and got our water heater working for us early in the morning when no one else was available!

We recently had PPH do a major update in our home (water heater, water softener, iron filter, reverse osmosis, new hose bib & installed a toilet).  Zack was very knowledgeable and was able to address our very hard iron rich well water. After updating 30 year old mechanicals, our water is iron free and drinkable. I cannot recommend these folks enough. They are prompt, professional and stand behind their work. Look no further, this is your next plumber.

I rarely write a service review but feel compelled. Friday afternoon around 1 I called because my water heater was out.  By 4:30 Logan had found and retrieved the last water heater in stock in the area ( after much searching ) AND installed it! Friendly, efficient, professional, and SO HELPFUL! Thank you.

I have nothing but great things to say about this business.  They have now been at my home a total of three times and all three times they have been professional, on time, and the job was done right!!!  No need to look elsewhere!!!

We are new to the Plymouth area and had a sewer back up in our house we had only owned 1 week.  We called and were told someone would be there in the afternoon. Contacted Plymouth Plumbing and Heating on a Sunday as we discovered our water heater had leaked all over our basement. Left a message on the emergency line and received a call back a few minutes later. They were out at our house about 2 hours later and installed a new water heater in and hour. Excellent service considering we were not previous customers and it was a weekend. Thank you so much!

My husband and I are selling our house and it needed some plumbing repairs. We had a huge cast iron galvanized sewer pipe that needed to be replaced in the basement. Jack came out in the cold fresh snow, to give me an estimate. He was the most friendly guy, and so knowledgeable! He explained all the terms so i would understand them. Within a week i had two guys out here. They did an amazing job, and even cleaned up after themselves. So impressed!!! I WILL hire them again!!! so pleased with the service i received and would recommend to anyone!

My rating would be higher if it were based solely on the work done and the technician. My problem is with the billing, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. First, I need to explain that my husband and I know next to nothing about sump pumps. We were concerned because we had not heard our sump pump turn on/running after a deluge. We looked some stuff up on YouTube and did notice that our sump pump was about a third filled with water. Neither of us could hear any humming when we unplugged/plugged in our sump pump (both of these seemed to be NOT normal from what we learned from the YouTube videos). Just to be safe, we called Plymouth Plumbing and Heating (which had mostly good reviews) and told them we were concerned that we MIGHT need a new sump pump based on what we had seen/heard. We asked for the free estimate and with the $25 coupon, they quoted us a price of around $400 for a new sump pump installation, which we were fine with, so we scheduled an appointment (we should have asked what it would cost us just to have a service person check our sump pump).They told us that since we were new customers, they would need a debit/credit card to be put on file, which we thought was strange, because this was the first time we had to do this/ we do not know if this is a thing that most companies do because the companies that we have dealt with always came without a card "on file" and took payment after service was rendered). When the technician showed up, according to my husband, he lifted the float thing and the sump pump kicked in (indicating it was working) but there was all kinds of water coming out of an area in the PVC pipes. The technician asked him if he wanted the new pump sump installation, but my husband told him no...just to fix the leak. So Logan left to get what he needed to fix it and said he would be back in 10 minutes (we live 4 blocks from Trilling). 30/40 minutes later, he comes back with the parts, tells us he had to go to Menards, and fixes the leak in about 15 minutes.When we got the invoice for what they charged us, I was a bit shocked to see that it was 201.73, with the $25.00 coupon; it was $180 for the  "plumbing service"  and a $20 charge for the "shop supplies/trip charge" and the charge for the actual items the technician had to buy. In the end, we are glad that we called because there was a leak and it did need to be fixed. I just wish we were told beforehand that the charge would be at least $180 (if that is indeed the charge for just sending someone out?). Logan was a very friendly, helpful young man. And we will probably be using this company again. But, I would ask about the charges beforehand so that there are no surprises when it comes to billing. And I am a bit perplexed that in another review someone complained about now receiving an invoice until months after the service when we had to have a card on file before an appointment could even be made?

We live near Lake Michigan in an older home without a basement and for many years we have experienced problems of water accumulating in the crawlspace area under our main floor. We’ve asked several contractors and plumbers in our area to assess the situation, but none of them have offered any viable solutions. I decided to widen my search for answers and was drawn to the Plymouth Plumbing website. I called them and was able to set up an appointment a couple of days later for a free estimate.
About 30 minutes before the plumber was due to arrive, I received a call from his office letting me know that he was running about 45 minutes late. The receptionist asked if I would be willing to wait or prefer to reschedule. I suggested 4 pm that afternoon and he arrived right on time.
Jack Dellger is the third generation owner of a family business and has had a lot of experience with these water-related issues. He listened carefully to my questions, checked out the crawlspace, and then walked around the perimeter of the house pointing out where and how water could seep under the house when it rains. He gave me several suggestions about how to change the slope of the land so rain water would drain away from the house; where to seal up the wide cracks between our cement front stoop and the base of the adjacent siding; how to improve on the existing gutters, and where we needed to add additional ones.
When I asked him for some recommendations of whom he trusted to do those jobs, he not only provided me with names, but offered to call them for me and see how soon they would be available to come and give us an estimate for the necessary improvements. Although he declined my offer to pay him for his consultation, he said that the next time we had any plumbing problems, he hoped we would give him a call.
I enjoyed meeting Jack and appreciated the way he clearly explained everything. We will definitely contact Plymouth Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing issues that we may encounter in the future.
