  Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes. Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

  Sorry lisa for your un happyness with our company. You were a repeat customer and we were called out to find your leaking fridge problem. In deed we did find the problem. And took your cracked tray out from under your fridge and cleaned out the tray and temporary patched it up . Yes im not a sub zero factory authorized service company there for getting parts is more difficult. Especially on older machines that are harder to get parts. I was having a custom heater being made with a different tray to eliminate the excess water build up. And yes you are correct about not returning all your phone calls. So my deepest apologies and im glad that thomas service came to your response. Best wishes plus maintenance.
