  While visiting the Rochester area, a must stop is the Plummer House. This historic English Tudor mansion was owned by one of the original contributers to the famous Mayo Clinic. This mansion is open for self tours on Wednesday's during the summer months. 10 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms and an expansive estate consisiting of 11 acres of walking trails and beautiful flowers. This is a must stop for the history fanatic because of the historical architecture and local history.

  One of the most beautiful places in Rochester. Without even renting the grounds you can walk around the gardens and water features. Great place for family photos, etc. Also an option to rent the house for events, weddings, and etc

  The Plummer House is not currently open for tours but the grounds are worth the stop. The home is beautiful and we greatly enjoyed walking around on the property. Stop by and enjoy this historic home!
