  I used PlumbWild a couple of months ago at my primary residence to clear a clogged drain in the kitchen and he was awesome. We hit it off mainly because we had a mutual friend and Ken is a genuinely great guy. Did such a great job and wasn't too pricey. Honest guy too. I decided to call last week to have him repair a leak at a rental house. It was like PULLING TEETH to get him over here. I called on Wednesday last week and Michelle said she would have him here around 8am the next morning. Claimed he wasn't that busy. I called every day the rest of the week and she changed days on me. I was very patient until the following week on Monday. Monday morning she promised to call me right back. She never did. I ended up calling a different plumber who was here in an hour and repair took half hour. Price was fair. I just wish she had called me back. 5 days I waited for Ken, I never received a call from PlumbWild during the whole 5 day ordeal.

  I can not thank plumb wild enough! He was out here till midnight fixing my water heater. He is not in this profession for the money. He is in it to help people. Very professional and beyond friendly service.
