Are you tired of getting the run around from corporate companies? Then I highly recommend these guys. I have used this company on two separate occasions. First they ran new piping to a room in my house. Second they unclogged a MASSIVE clog in our plumbing. Both services the entire company was friendly, personable, prompt and extremely reasonable with pricing. They definitely have a life long customer in me. I highly recommend them!! Thank you for being a trustworthy business me and my family can count on!

I had a leak under my sink next to dishwasher. Since it was a slow leak, they couldn't find the leak because they pulled the line too tight and they needed to cut a hole in my wall. They didn't fix the leak. I needed reconstruction come out to fix the water damage so it took time to find they didn't fix the leak. Now I have to pay to have the reconstruction to my floors and cabinets redone because my insurance company already paid for the damage. I contacted them and was told there wasn't a guarantee for future. It's the same leak in the same place they didn't fix the 1st time.

We will always guarantee our work. However, if we come out to evaluate the situation and it turns out that the new leak is unrelated to the first repair, there will be an additional charge. If it is related to the first repair, we would HAPPILY repair it at no extra cost. Our goal is to make your life easier, not more difficult. Please reach out to us so that we can make this right!

Working in property management, I assist with multiple homes in the Triangle area. PlumbV consistently comes to the rescue for any and all of our plumbing needs. The team is professional, responsive, and detailed! The onsite technicians always take the time to explain the issue and the best ways to resolve it. They also will send pictures and videos so we have record of the service. Alexis, in the office, always handles my calls with great care and professionalism. The whole team is fantastic to work with! We honestly cannot thank them enough for helping us with everything from broken sewer lines to clogged sinks to active leaks. Highly recommend to everyone in need of plumbing services in the area!
