I needed to replace my old electric hot water heater. Matthew came out and discussed we discussed my needs, he gave me a recommendation and quote. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I decided to make the purchase and called the Co.regarding the estimate. They promptly transferred me to their installation department to schedule. They were very courteous and scheduled my installation at the earliest time available. When it came time for it to be installed there was a problem that the Model I purchased is no longer being made. They called me and explained my options and I agreed with their recommendation and they immediately sent Mike out to install it. I was not home but my husband said our installer Mike was prompt, courteous, efficient and worked hard to complete the job.

Great experience. Jeremy arrived right at the first minute of the two hour window. He evaluated the four problems we were having, fixed everything he could quickly and professionally, and charged a fair price. One problem was still covered by the original manufacturer and he suggested that we contact them for the part that is under a lifetime warranty. I will definitely use this company from now on.

The plumbers that came to my house were awesome. They were very personable and I really enjoyed their banter. They answered all of my questions and let me know I didn't have a leak in my wall but the caulking on the shower door needed attention. They installed 2 new faucets and did a great job. Brian even came to my rescue when he saw me struggling with the bathroom trim. Will definitely use Plumbsmart again in the future.
