  PlumbServe has been wonderful to work with. They are responsive with scheduling inquiries, able to come quickly, communicate well, and are extremely professional. We worked with Shawn, and he worked hard to diagnose our problem, and help us find a solution when the issue wasn’t straight forward. He also took time to explain to us what the issues were and how we can address them in the future. So appreciated his time, expertise, and patience. This was our first time using this company, but they have earned our trust. We would definitely call them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

  Our water was not working and Shawn came right over! He was so quick to come inspect the pipes at our office which is an old house in Wake Forest. The house is very old and has a tight crawl space but Shawn was able to check all out pipes immediately find the issue, order us the parts and get us on PlumbServe's repair schedule! We really appreciate their responsiveness and quality of service! Shawn took the time to explain what was happening with me and the owner of the building. He is wonderful to work with and we definitely recommend using PlumbServe for anyone looking for a reliable, reasonable and professional plumbing service!

  I used PlumbServe to help fix an issue we were having with out water heater at my house. The office got me scheduled immediately and were very nice and helpful over the phone! Shawn came out and was very professional and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem! They were very reasonably priced! I highly recommend Shawn and PlumbServe and will be using them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future!
