  Short and to the point. In September we hired 2 plumbers to fix a pipe in the basement. They used the bathroom and informed me repairs were needed to the toilet as well. With no plumbing background I gave my approval. Two days later the toilet was rocky and practically unstable. I contacted Dan on October 6 because the original two guys would not return my calls or answer my texts, Dan was in Florida on vacation. He contacted one of his men, the man arrived the next day at 9 am, he fixed, what the other guys messed up, and was gone by 12 noon! Dan, I cannot thank you enough for your concern and expertise. The man you sent was phenomenal. This company defines the term Customer Service.

  Dan was very responsive and flexible to the situation at hand, as it was an after hours service call. His knowledge of the shower malfunction was top notch, and he was able to work seamlessly to finish the job quickly and effectively.
