    Leaves you with no heat/ hot water. wouldn’t recommend them at all.

    I understand and respect your review but for safety reasons the best decision at the time was shutting the boiler down and we hired a burner specialist who fixed it the next day. Unfortunate situation for sure but safety of everyone in the home was priority.
