  I had the "pleasure" of dealing with the owner's wife recently. I had no problem with their secretary which demonstrated nothing but professionalism. However, the owner's wife (which wouldn't provide her name) was rude and nasty. I myself work with the public daily, and I wouldn't have a job if I treated people the way she did. I sincerely hope she does NOT treat her staff the way she treats the public. I think a class in customer service would do her a great justice!!

  This company was a problem from day 1. Although they seem like very nice people they are unprofessional, inefficient and provide poor service. It took several days to get our water heater when it broke down. Even with the hot water restored, it has never worked the way it did before they replaced it (tankless water heater). They are volunteer fire workers (very admirable), but I fear that is their passion, NOT plumbing. They just contacted me after a year has passed, and said they were going through old invoices, and I still owe them money! Unless you are tolerant of aggravation, don't use them!

  I want to thank Plumbing Solutions for repairing my well pump. We were without water for 2 months, and we were forced to fill the arerator by using 5 gal jugs. The drought burned out our pump and nobody could figure out how to get water without having to drill a deep well for thousands of dollars. Thanks again specially to Jeff and Justin.
