  I was looking to replace my water heater before the holidays and cold weather came and I chose Bill after reading all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. He came out to my house, was very clear on what needed to be done to make sure I was up to code, and quoted me a VERY fair and reasonable price. On installation day, he was on time, completed the work as promised, and I was very pleased with the final installation. I am also very happy he installed a high quality, American made water heater and used high quality parts. Bill was very professional, very nice, and was a joy to talk with. Extremely happy I chose Bill and will be using him for all my plumbing needs from now on.
