Plumbing Plus was pleasant to work with. AJ Arthur Chapman is an EXCELLENT representative.
He is humble,  courteous and hardworking. He had to install a water heater, uninstall it and replace it with another new unit. Although shortly inconvenienced, he was determined to get the job done, with a great attitude.

They were very prompt in scheduling and kept to the schedule. I appreciated the texts and emails, very convenient to stay on top of the arrival. Also, AJ and Arthur were so nice and knowledgeable, they explained everything to me, which was important since I’d never had to replace an outside line before. I felt they were very professional, nice and did excellent work. I definitely will call them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I'm sorry you don't remember our numerous appointments! My review was still professional and legit! -Aj( locs) who also admitted he attended my alumni ASU assisted us! though he was very nice and professional and even came out a few times/days to assess the problem, he couldn't figure out why or where the leaks were. He attempted to fix a couple of the leaks but they still persisted :/  I contacted RELIABLE HEATING, AIR, PLUMBING,AND ELECTRICAL they identified and handled the leaks same day.

I called after noon on a Friday and made a Monday appointment. A (known) snag with a mapping program sent the tech to the wrong address after office hours and missed the first appointment. I called back to reschedule and the office got me worked back in for the following day. The tech arrived well within his projected window (along with a courtesy call) and provided me an estimate for the needed repair, a new water box for the washer. The tech was very clear up front that some sheetrock damage would have to occur for access to the repair. Not unexpected and the piece cut out was minimal.

The tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and neatly. As an added bonus the price was very reasonable, an experience I did not have with a couple of other local plumbers.

I absolutely recommend and will keep their number handy in case I need other repairs done.

They came here by the end of the day to provide a free estimate. After calling a couple more companies I either didnt hear back or they wanted $ to provide the estimate. So I choose Plumbing Plus and AJ was my technician. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He located and assessed my problem in just a few minutes. He then explained face to face the problem, his plan to repair, and an estimate of the cost. I asked Plumbing Plus on Monday to proceed with the work. AJ arrived today and completed the job. The price ended up being exactly what was estimated. I would recommend this company to anyone and will also use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

The plumber was on time, upon arrival he assessed the problem and quoted a price. He fixed the problem and went beyond his duties by showing me the indoor water shut off valve.

We contacted Plumbing Pluss for a leak under the sink. They were able to squeeze us in for the same day. Arthur was the technician that came on site. Within a few seconds of showing him the problem, he had a solution.  He explained the problem to us, gave us an immediate solution, provided a cost (which they have the best prices in town -  no matter what town you go to) and fixed the leak with in a few minutes. It's a shame you can only give 5 stars. He and that company deserve more. AMAZING SERVICE< AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMAZING PHONE SUPPORT, AMAZING COMMUNICATION.

We are very pleased with the customer service from Plumbing Plus. Mr. Arthur came out and found the problem quickly. He repaired our faucet leak in no time. We would not hesitate to contact Plumbing Plus again.

Mr. Chapman came cleared out a clogged drain for us. It had been clogged for quite sometime and we thought we had handled it with our attempts of using Draino. However, the problem persisted and we had to get a real plumber. We are so happy we called Plumbing Plus. He solved our drainage issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks Mr. Chapman and the professional folks that answer the phones and give helpful information and set the appointments.

I recently called Plumbing Plus to have a busted water heater replaced.  Licensed plumber Arthur arrived within the stated time.  He assessed the problem and made suggestion on how to make it more convenient to turn off the water to the tank.  He also checked the pressure of the water coming into the house.  Another water heater tank was installed the same day.  I was very pleased with efficiency of the install.  I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
