  Land lords here, it was Labor day and getting late into the evening. We just closed on our rental property a week prior and had tenants moced in.. when painting and renovating, we noticed the previous owner had the water pressure on the pump turned down 30 PSI lower than recommended. Knowing we didn't want our new tenants to struggle with low water pressure, we turned it right to the recommended. Almost immediately after, about 20 minutes later, a pipe sheared off, another piper burst , a different pipe was about to break , and all the pipes were sweating. We knew we had an emergency, water was spraying everywhere, all over the walls and basement. We turned off the water, had tenants to take care of, and made some calls. Everywhere we called didn't have anyone to help. We reach his number, gave him a call and he said one of the plumbers we called earlier sent him pictures. This other plumber was asking his advice on our situation, which speaks to the knowledge he had.. He knew what had to be done, he knew the parts we needed and came over shortly. His communication was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He also gave us an amazing price and told us what else we needed done. He found all the parts we needed, corrected other problem pipes he saw would be a problem in the short future, and was attentive in everything he did. We highly recommended 10/10. Amazing price for such quality work. As landlords, we found our future plumber for all future properties to come.

  I highly recommend Plumbing Plus. Joe and Derrick were both very friendly and worked so hard to fix our plumbing issues. Nice guys that I will call again if I ever have any issues in the future. They came for an emergency, even on a holiday. They were amazing and got the job done. I appreciate their service and knowledge about the issues. They did a great job finding and fixing the problem.
