  We were disappointed when everything was finished. The bill was higher than quoted, even though my husband went to Ontario and bought the heating elements for the water heater himself! He did the bare minimum, even leaving a 3x4 ft section of the basement carpet soaking wet and filthy with the sediment from the heater!! Beware!!!
