  Let me start by saying my home is very old. I called Plumbing Paramedics 911 because my tub was draining extremely slow an my toilet wouldn’t stop running. After trying everything I know and multiple professional plumbers, and $$$ hundreds of dollars to fix the same problem, I came across these guys by happens chance. It took forty plus feet to unclog my tub. They even went under my home and made sure everything drained properly so I wouldn’t have any problems later. No plumber has ever done that for me. The toilet is a Jaguar with uncommon toilet parts (Not a YouTube job). So they went through figured out what the problem was and fixed it. I even had some other plumbing issues that they were willing to take a look at, diagnose, and fix. When I say fix I mean replace and/or repair the necessary parts. All the other companies I called just jerry rigged it to work for a day and took my money (then the problem would come back). There prices were very affordable. These guys were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing issues were fixed. They have won my business for life. I WILL be calling these guys anytime I have an issue and referring to my family and friends.

  Plumbing Paramedic 911 company did a fine job for me and I can highly recommend them. I discovered that my bedroom carpets were sopping wet I quickly figured out I had a broken pipe after a freeze. I'm new to SC so my son recommended I call Eric Calloway, owner of Plumbing Paramedic. Eric had recently completed work for my son and daughter in law and they were happy with his work. Eric came to my home on a Sunday morning, as soon as he left church in order to assess the problem. I really appreciated the quick response. He quickly diagnosed the problem, And assured me they could take care of it. Not only did pipe break, but carpeting in bedrooms, plank in hallway, baseboards, all were damaged and needed replacement. Eric is a licensed and insured general contractor as well as a licensed and insured plumber so he was able to complete ALL repairs needed. Eric worked with me and for me,dealing with insurance company when necessary. He was careful with my belongings and was truly concerned that I was satisfied with all completed work. His knowledge and skills are varied and exceptional. Experience shows! Eric is a cheerful guy as well as a careful and respectful listener . He can be trusted. I hope I don't need him again but I will surely use him again if necessary.

  We had our hot water heater go out on us. We called many plumbers, most did not even respond. Eric came to our rescue. He gave us a fair quote and did a great job on our new gas hot water heater. I will call him whenever we have a plumbing issue. Thanks for all the hard work.
