  Got on their website on the weekend, had a plumber here mid-day Monday and a whole new heater by end of day. Very professional, explained a lot about how to keep new heater well maintained and left the place spotless. Highly recommend. I can’t believe how beautiful new copper pipes look to me now that I’ve seen corroded ones!

  This is the second time I’ve used Plumbing Nerds. They are always professional and courteous. The first time they came was with Danny. Very professional and courteous. This time they sent Eddie Burchetta. Also professional, courteous, explains all the work that is going to be done. They’re a fantastic company that hires caring individuals, even the office staff are a pleasure to speak to. They call you the day of your appointment, when the driver is on his way, and also call you periodically in case the tech is caught up at his prior appointment. They will always be the company I will call for any plumbing needs.

  When I called Plumbing Nerds about a leak in my house I was impressed by how attentive and responsive they were to my situation and how quickly they scheduled their technician to come to me. They confirmed my appt and sent me a link to track his location so that I knew exactly what time he was going to arrive. Jose was not only professional and nice but he was patient and thorough with everything needed to be discussed and explained every question I had to my satisfaction. He repaired the leak the same day he was here and I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, thoughtful, efficient and thorough he was. It says a lot about a company to have Jose represent them so well. I will definitely use Plumbing Nerds again.
