  I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off. ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation. It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service. ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs. Highly recommended.   Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way. As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

  Very disappointing services...called to check water leak and the guy just flushed the toilet and said we need to pay for his next task "why would I do any work when I don't make any money out of it" he said. He didn't even bother to check the water pressure, or anything. Totally don't recommend this company unless you don't care spending money.

  We called and apologized to the customer for the incident and immediately mailed her a check for the $49.00 Service Fee.
