  I was given the name of this company by a friend's family member who is a contractor. I am remodeling my kitchen and have original waste drains for the kitchen and bath still. Since the wall which houses the plumbing is currently exposed I thought this would be a good time to do this. Jacob Bryson came to do the estimate on 10/28. My understanding at the time was we could expect a written estimate to be emailed to me in a couple days. I am now almost 2 weeks later and no communication from anyone. My partner, who met with Jacob, got the impression that the job wasn't worth their effort since it was big enough (read money and time wise) .

  10/01/2020 Thomas was on time, kind, and explained all the steps he took regarding my clogged pipes. He showed me what he found and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his experience and craft! When I called to make an appointment, I received great customer service. I opted in for text notices and received reminders of my appt and updates which I also liked. The cost was very reasonable and I will only use this plumbing company. Before locating Plumbing Experts NW, I called/emailed 5 different companies who either did not service my area, was on hold for one company over 10mins, or never received a reply! After Thomas left, I was so happy to have flowing water and will be the only company I will use for any plumbing needs. THANK YOU Thomas and Plumbing Experts NW! 10/12/2020 I had another plumbing matter and called Plumbing Experts NW. Thomas came over, identified a hole rusted thru my old pipe and resolved the matter. He communicated all steps he took and that I appreciate so much! Thank you!!

  I had an appointment for a 10 am - 12 pm window for a emergency plumbing situation today. At 12:40 pm, called to see where the plumber was, Roxanne let me know they are "on the way". This might of been true but hard to trust a company that didn't respect my time or follow through with their appointment window. Now i have to run around and try to find someone last minute to fix this emergency situation. When i tried to explain that i have a previous engagement planned and their tardiness was unprofessional, she was not empathetic of the situation and just gave me the excuse that "they have been slammed after the holidays." The other reason why I'm giving them a 1 Star is because when i spoke to Robert yesterday, he told me to text him a photo of my leaking pipe and that he would be able to reply or let me know what he would recommend. But he never responded once i sent him the photo. i would not recommend. I did not appreciate the way they handled their customer service.

  If you read our reviews, you'll see that "emergency plumbing problems" are actually areas where we usually excel. Some days can be harder than others to get there as fast as we like, though. Tim, we certainly want you to be happy and we're in the business of solving problems---so yes, it's unfortunate that with our best attempts to communicate, we still didn't get lined up properly this time. We do respect your time, but truthfully, we also have a tough and unpredictable schedule to keep.
