  We've used Plumbing Care Inc twice now and have been really impressed with their service. They were able to schedule a technician to come quickly (either the same day or next day, and these were not emergency repairs). Both times the technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, helpful, fixed our issues and carefully explained what had been done.

  I've used plumbing care twice in the past. Their service is great! The first time I used them was to install a hybrid water heater. Took about a day to do, totally painless, and for a price I was really happy with. Even the city inspector commented on how good of a job they did. The second time was to replace an exterior valve that had started to leak. After they replaced the valve I had some follow on issues with air pockets, which as it turns out was not their fault at all. Regardless, they followed up with me repeatedly until the problem was resolved. Highly recommend.

  Our water heater burst and and was leaking water. I called and 2 service repair men arrived within 30minutes. Phenomenal customer service, very professional, and knowledgeable. We have a rare type of water heater and they had a replacement in stock and ready to install. I highly recommend Plumbing Care Inc !!
