  Our service technician, Randy Parker, is amazing at his job. He was detailed and took the time to explain the issue with our system and what he did to fix it. I appreciate his time!   Brett did an outstanding job. He communicated with me prior to arriving to assess the issue. He arrived promptly, was professional and engaging. BFW is the the only plumbing company on my list from here on out. Also a shout out to the scheduling office. They were awesome and flexible when I had to make a change to my schedule.

  Technician Brett C. is very knowledgeable and polite. At my house, he fixed 2 faucets, replaced a hose spigot, found the problem with my sewer line and replaced my main house shut off valve. He checked his work thoroughly. He explained to me what he was doing and did excellent work.
