  Contacted Plumbing 911 regarding cleaning exterior drains. I chose this contractor based on the number of positive reviews, and was very pleased with all aspects of my repair. The dispatcher scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, and Chris arrived right on time. Upfront about the services needed, no hidden fees, upselling or high pressure. Fixed both drains for the quoted price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

  Plumbing 911 sent out their employee Shane. He was so nice, friendly & knowledgeable. He put you at ease right away even though a stranger was in your home. We had such a nice chat with him. He is a good representative for your company. I would definitely use your company and specifically Shane again. And it was so nice that your company could come the very same day I called.   We used Plumbing 911 to fix a faucet when we moved into our new house. I picked them because they had good reviews and are a local business. It was a smooth experience--they were accommodating to our schedule and arrived on time. They set expectations about the estimate before they came out on site. The site tech was very polite and professionally completed the job. The faucet was replaced in a timely manner and works great now. I will plan to use them again and would recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thanks Plumbing 911!
