Bottom Line: Don't order from this place unless you're certain you will not return your items and you're ok not knowing when your items will show up. Customer service is terrible. Pros: - Good prices - for the most part the prices are cheaper than any other site (though see cons) - Good selection - ton of items to choose from Cons: - Pay for shipping - which makes the price almost equivalent to those who charge more but offer free shipping - Pay for return shipping - which is often more expensive than your item so you just end up burning money - Awful customer service - they don't reply to emails or texts, and you'll have to call all day every day to get somebody on the phone - Terrible communication - they say they'll let you know when your order ships like every other delivery site, but I've never been notified, things just show up The amount of headaches I've gone through using this site, for me I'll pay a little extra and shop elsewhere.

I placed in order in November 2021 for a faucet and as of 3/22/2022 have no received it. This is not my issue or complaint, its the lack of communication on delays and changing of ETA's. 11/4/21 - order placed 12/3/21- inquire on my order has the lead time stated 16 days has come and gone. I am informed should be shipped within 2-3 weeks of order. This time frame had already passed. 1/4/22 - reach out to them as I have heard nothing on my order. This time I am informed the ETA is 1/20/22 1/24/22 - reach out for an update again. Delayed until mid February. 3/17/22 - again reach out as mid February is a month behind. No reply 3/21/22 - inquire again about my order. 3/22/22 - I am informed my order was shipped in January and I should have it. While I did have an order delivered it was not this one that is associated with the service ticket. I call instead of using their support center. I am now told they were confused on the reply regarding its shipment. The new ETA is mid April. I had no issue waiting but being informed but there was never any updates given, only when asked. That needs fixed.

They seemed ok at first, when I placed an order for a new Moen Faucet [they were not the cheapest, but seemed ok ] , however, after I tried to cancel it, they went south. Their customer service said to refuse the delivery, which I did, and then after Fedex confirmed it was sent back and signed for at their warehouse, this vendor went QUIET on me--despite all the Fedex Proof and prior documentation- Not calling back, emailing, texts -- and even when I left numerous emails, voice mails and texts after 2 weeks, I finally had to open a Case with PayPal, and even then , with all the above documented proof, the vendor refused to co-operate, so Paypal refunded my money. Thank goodness for awesome Fedex and Paypal, who had terrific documentation and policies for poor vendors. In short, I never received the item, it was returned to their warehouse, and they refused to communicate.
