  We had a job this weekend that required a plumbing tool (sonde) and we ordered from this site over a week ago expecting to have been shipped by now, it wasn't, we wasted two weeks and lost the job due to not being able to use this product soon. If you don't want to wait around for a part for weeks, find another supplier.
