  Charged us nearly $500 to fix a leaky toilet valve. Asked them to also look at sink drain and they said they did. The sink drain never was unclogged still isn't . I feel completely ripped off. Second time we used them. Both times it was very, very expensive.

  Was impressed being a new customer, responded quickly. Came worked on the issue. Seem to be corrected. However next day we realized only part of the issue was corrected. Notified him and he said it would be the following weekend and never heard another thing. At his rate we are not happy!
