  We recently moved into our home and found a leaking elbow on one of our water supply lines. Scheduling was very easy over the phone with Plumb Works and they offered a very quick response. Personally, I was a little concerned that I could not be given a ballpark estimate over the phone for the work as it seemed pretty clear cut and I knew I would just have to make a decision when the tech arrived if seemed too costly. My fears were quickly put at ease during the repair. Our repair tech Kim, was courteous, professional and very polite in addressing any and all of the concerns that we had. He performed the repair work quickly and precisely. He pointed out one other issue that our house inspector had also called out and we had that repaired as well. I really cannot thank Kim enough for the enormous care he showed our home. i learned a lot from our conversations throughout the repair. The pricing was extremely fair especially for the quality of the work that was done. I will definitely be using Plumb Works going forward for any future issues. Thank you so much!

  This was a visit to give us an estimate of work. We want to replace kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposer. But we have not purchased any item, yet. The technician gave us advice how to pick correct kitchen sink. (Correct size, etc ). We really needed this advice. The technician was on time, courteous, and very professional. Once we purchase those items we need, we will definitely contact PlumWorks to set up an appointment to install them.

  Jacob, the Plumb Works plumber, arrived on time at my house after calling ahead to confirm he was on the way. Jacob quickly devised a plan to replace the buried gas fuel line with new piping running above ground along the side of the house. He checked to make sure the new gas fuel line was connected to all the gas appliances and furnaces inside the house. I was able to call Atlanta Gas Light by mid-day and get the gas service restored to my house. Job well done!
