If you have had really great service from a local trash company, then you probably won't be happy. If you are ok with spilled trash, cans tossed around (and broken) and not picking up the 3 pieces of cardboard leaning against your cart unless you pay an extra $2 for each piece, you should be fine. Phone customer service always had a long wait but people friendly and professional. Can't say that about pick up people. They only have a driver who picks up cart with long arm on truck. Our most recent guy wouldn't leave the truck. I'm also unhappy to pay pick up fee for cart. I would be happy to stay if the service was decent. I never signed up with them, my old company sold due to health issues.

This place is a hidden gem! Normally I end up paying between $10 and $32 per load of household trash in the Wichita area. My bill here to unload a bed, couch and bags of junk came to 23 cents. Nice people, easy access and not far to drive. The only complaint I had was on a windy day the trash and dust are blowing everywhere, because you unload on top of a big hill.

Had a mom and pop company for 13 years, not one problem. Now absolutely the worst service I have had in my entire life and I am 64 years old.Spilled trash almost weekly once the entire trash can. I called and asked if they just leave trash they spill. I was told yes ,drivers don't have time to pick up trash they spill.I asked why I lose about one bungee cord I put on there to keep the lid down because out here in Bentley the wind can lift the lid and it also keeps roving dogs out of it.No answer.Last week I found the cord missing one of the hooks. Strange but I thought nothing of it.I had enough to tie the cut end to the handle and make the hook end reach the lid. Today I found the knot I tied cut with a knife.Evidently the fraction of a second it takes to unhook the hook is too much for the driver.I guess before he either kept the cords or trashed them. That's it, I'm done with this poor excuse for a company. This is what happens when there is no competition.
