  My 98 year old mother had Plumb Tech come out on her 8 yr old electric water heater. They told my sister it was $375 to check heat elements, so my mother said to replace the water heater. They didn't even shut off water before disconnecting water line, flooding her hallway and bathroom. After installing new heater they told her she should have hot water in a hour or so and left. Water heater never heated up, so they were called back out next day and they said the breaker was bad. My sister called me and I went and replaced breaker (it was bad) which tells me they never checked for power when they installed water heater. If this is level of workers they have I would think twice about using this company.

  Installed a new hot water tank. Matt and his coworker were polite, helpful, efficient, and above all honest. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

  Called this morning because my water heater was not working. Everyone was extremely polite. (They were concerned about my situation.) It's early afternoon and I have hot water!!! Service was fast and efficient, and prices were extremely reasonable. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs. In addition, I highly recommend them to everyone.
