  Professional plumbing supply company. Staff were very helpful customer focused. I go there for all my plumbing needs. Box stores don't have the depth of knowledge more the vast amount of parts.

  Poor communication from the counter service. Extremely long wait for a prepayed order. Not a comfortable place for women.

  Deb, we are sorry to hear of the experience you had with your order at our counter. We have been trying to improve communication so orders can be ready before customers are in the store to pick up. The timeframe you stopped in we were upgrading our counter area and acknowledge that it was not an ideal space, but it is what we had to work with during the renovation.
