  Awesome experience! My 94 year old mom lost her balance in the bathroom and grabbed the handle of the toilet seat riser, somehow the back bracket came off and went down the toilet. Since I'm new to the area i googled plumbers. I tried to get a few quotes, Paul was the only one to answer the call without me having to leave a message. He gave me an appointment for the very same day. He gave me a window of time, which he stuck to and also sent me a text when he was on the way. Audrey arrived 1st and went straight to work, Paul came shortly after. In the end, the toilet had to be replaced. Paul explained everything and gave me a fair price. They even went and picked up the new toilet. Both service people were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Paul and Audrey went above and beyond to rectify the problem. They were careful to leave everything as neat and clean as possible. I hope not to have another emergency but if I do, I know who to call. I highly recommend Plumb Smart!!

  We hired Plumb Smart to install our Aquasana Whole Home Filtration System. Audrey was absolutely wonderful! She and her father were thorough and respectful of our home. It was so nice to have a female plumber working in our home. As a woman myself, it’s difficult managing a home and hiring contractors to come in and do the work. Audrey made me feel very comfortable. She was never condescending or dismissive of my questions or concerns! That was so refreshing! We have more plumbing work we want done in our home and we plan to hire Plumb Smart back because of how great Audrey was on this job.

  Audrey with Plumb Smart Inc was wonderful! Plumb Smart was able to respond the same day and come out within a couple of hours. Audrey is very professional and knowledgeable. We have actually booked her to come back and replace all of our toilets. Something we have wanted to do for a while but had no idea who to call or trust. I fully recommend Plumb Smart and Audrey!
