  I could not turn off the shower this morning..after running around like a chicken without a head 🤦‍♀️trying to find the water shut off I called the folks at Plumb Rite. I’m so pleased with the service I received from Plumb Rite that I have to let the community know and give a shout out to the crew member that was dispatched to my house, Tristan P. He was so professional and friendly , explained what happened to the valve and gave me an estimate for the job. He was done within the hour and I was able to get to work🙌 Thank you!!

  I am so pleased with the service I just received from Plumb Rite. Specifically Garry Grantham. So professional and friendly. I had a few different issues going on in our house. He completely explained the problems in terminology that I could understand. He also gave different options for fixing them. Gary Grantham will be the only plumber I use from here on out. I will definitely refer him to all my friends, family and clients. Couldn’t be happier with his service!!

  After reading the Reviews of PlumbRite and looking at their website I decided to take a chance and call for their services and I was not disappointed!! I called and I was greeted so cheerfully and the receptionist was very accommodating to make an appointment to repair my leaky kitchen faucet. Immediately following I received a follow up email with date and time. Then before my repairman arrived at the set day and time I was called beforehand and then texted a picture of the guy I could expect to show up at my door! That was amazing and I was impressed with the above and beyond service already! Then Jake my guy arrived with a smile on his face and a handshake introducing himself. Before he entered my door he put on protective footwear that I really appreciated. He addressed my Faucet problem and quickly had 3 options that he would suggest. He thoroughly explained the problem and recommended that I contact the company as this product had a lifetime warranty. I so appreciated his honesty and integrity! So fast forward that is what I did, product arrived, and Jake came back to install it! And it works perfectly! Thank you Jake! He is so personable and a great guy! I highly recommend this company!
