  We had a turn valve for one of our outdoor water spicket that wouldn't shut off. Daniel came out and installed a replacement ball valve. Daniel only had one valve in his truck at the time (only one was broken) and he replaced it very cleanly and quickly. Afterward he told us, if we wanted, he would come back out again to replace the other one so they matched and he would do so for only the cost of the valve (no service call fee). The whole process working with Plumb Perfect was wonderful. Daniel was very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and the price for the service was very reasonable. I was shown a full quote before anything was done. We will definitely be using Plumb Perfect for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Update: 1/9/2017 Our hot water heater was acting weird. Shane came out the next day and got to the bottom of it within 20 minutes of it. Due to the nature of what was going on we elected to get a new one. Shane went and picked it up from the distributor immediately and had our new water heater installed and running within a few hours! The price was reasonable and the worksmanship is very professional. I can't recommend Plumb Perfect enough! They are great!

  My toilet was running and I had exhausted all my capabilities. I called in the evening and Daniel came out the next morning. In addition to the toilet it was the perfect time to replace my kitchen faucet which had very poor water pressure. I bought a very nice Delta to be installed. Daniel explained everything he needed to do after assessing the situation, and quoted a price from his tablet. The price was reasonable and consistent with the repairs and installation. Daniel was very professional, protected all the areas he was working in, and completed the job in an hour. To date everything has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend their services.

  Used Plumb Perfect for the first time. They were prompt, actually offered to come earlier than scheduled and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. I received text updates through each step, which was very helpful. Scott went over the cost before he started working and he explained everything he had done before he left. We will call Plumb Perfect for our future Plumbing needs.
