  Kristy has been one of the most enjoyable parts of the building process. She is knowledgable and friendly, she always follows through and has yet to run out of patience with us as we have continually changed our minds about what we want. The showroom is great and easy to navigate with her help. I am extremely pleased with the service.

  The front door was locked during business hours, I had to actually ASK to come in when the woman DID open the door. She gave me an attitude the entire time I was in there, then acted like I lied when I didn’t clarify that I was seeking a wall mounted fixture for my free standing tub and not a floor mount. She then LAUGHED at me when I pushed the front door, not realizing it had been locked behind me when I entered the premises. I was dressed to do housework and deal with a home renovation so maybe this woman only gives her decent friendly face to people who are dressed up but I have never been treated worse in a place where I was about to spend money in my entire life. I went to Ferguson instead where they were happy to help me and didn’t act like I was a joke for wanting to buy a faucet for my bathtub.

  After visiting a different plumbing showroom in the area, this place was a breath of a fresh air. Cindy was so nice and helpful. She was very accommodating and pointed me in the right direction for each fixture type I was looking for without being pushy or rushing me to decide. I would highly recommend this showroom for anyone taking on a personal home renovation.
