  We called Plumb One and they were quick and efficient. Was after hours but still their cost was reasonable. will definitely use them again.

  Called for yearly backflow test. Took more than a week show up. Plumber did not get work order signature from manager on duty, did not leave invoice, did not provide copy of backflow test result. Didn't send bill for over a month. Bill did not include EIN for business to business tax records.
