  Kenny, CC, and Tim came out to fix a broken fitting under the slab in my kitchen. Before starting the demo, they hung plastic sheeting so that the rest of the house would not be covered in dust. They used a jackhammer to go through the slab, removed the gravel, and uncovered the bad fitting. They replaced the fitting, filled in the gravel, and then poured new concrete to cover the opening. They cleaned up the work area completely. Tim even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when they had arrived. Kenny explained the process along the way. He also took pictures so I could submit them to my insurance company. All three workers were polite and professional, and they were very respectful of my home. I was impressed by this crew and am pleased with their work. The owner, Brandon, even stopped by to make sure that I was satisfied with how the repair was going. I will definitely call Plumb Doctor if I have any other plumbing issues.

  These guys were great! They came out on Christmas Eve, tried calling other companies as well and no one would answer their phone. They answered right away and came out within a couple hours. They found the leak had the parts with them and repaired everything that day. Great service I will be using them for any future repairs.

  So I'd like to speak to the character and heart of a man- a local business man. My family and I had the pleasure of recently meeting Mr. Brandon Flanagan with Plumb Doctor. It was a chance encounter at a local restaurant sharing a hibachi table with him, his sweet daughter and a few of his close friends. We shared casual conversation about family and business (Plumb Doctor was embroidered on his Polo). Right off, Brandon was kind and engaging- he initiated an introduction. Within minutes he made my entire family feel like we were all his dearest friends. Ironically, a kid in each of our parties celebrated a birthday. So it turned out to be one big celebration. By the end of dinner, we were waiting for our check, and to our surprise the server shows up with a paid receipt. Mind you, we are a family of 4 at a very prominent hibachi restaurant. We inquired who had paid for us and she said the gentleman to your right has kindly paid your bill, tip included. I realized this is a long review, but I wanted to share that business integrity starts with the heart of a man. Integrity is doing the right thing, or even a nice thing, when no one is looking. All Brandon asked in return was for us to remember him should we ever have a plumbing need. No worries Brandon, "you had me at hello." Please support Plumb Doctor whatever your plumbing needs. Integrity starts at the top, so this is a business you can definitely trust.
