I called in the morning to fix a low water pressure issue in house and they were very quick to schedule a visit. Actually came early on same day. The tech got out of the van with the part in hand he thought was the issue based on my description of problem. He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. Checked faucets inside and outside. Worked great. Then he spent more time in his truck creating invoice. To my surprise it was 385.00. They told me the part ranges from 75 to 260. Didn’t separate parts and labor. I checked and can get part for 75 at Lowes Hardware. I basically think they charged me almost 250-300 for labor for 15 minutes of work. They charge 139 per hour. And I would be fine for paying that. But 250-300. I called and was told they would get back with me. Never did. A little disappointed for sure.

The builder I used picked this company. They installed an iron filtration system but our water still has iron in it. I called them out 3 times, 2 of those times they "took a water sample to have it tested" to find the problem. Not once did we hear back on the results although calling multiple times asking. I PAID for another plumber to come out to check it although still being under warranty and it should have been free. Then the iron system went out so I call (keep in mind still under warranty) first thing the lady asks when she answers "when did you move in, you can't still be under warranty" although still having another month under warranty. Obviously she did not want to send someone out. Needless to say will NEVER be calling this company for any work I need in the future. (oh yeah our water still is not right)
Response from the owner
Brandon, For your iron filter to work properly the ph has to be corrected. You have acidic water (ph below 7). The iron filters not designed to operate with neutral or close to neutral ph. You need an acid neutralizer to correct ph followed by your iron filter then a softener to remove the hardness the neutralizer adds. We’ve worked on your system for free multiple times since you moved in and told you about the equipment you need to fix your water. The builder was nice enough to cover the cost of the iron filters which is why it’s there…we never thought only one resident in that neighborhood would choose to install all the equipment needed. After the issues there we’ve changed our policy to where if we can’t fix all the water issues we won’t address any of them. It handicaps the equipment from working properly which leads to unhappy customers and reviews like this. We’re more than happy to help you resolve your water issues but you have to be willing to pay for the necessary equipment and installation which so far has not been the case. I hate you feel it necessary to publicly shame us for your choice to not buy the necessary equipment. Regardless I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services.

Fast, courteous and they know their stuff. David's on top of things, and Tina is swell. What a gem! Good luck Ashton, in school!!
