  Very satisfied. Thru home warranty i called and they were able to setup an appointment for the day after. My toilet tank was leaking from multiple places. they came with 2-man crew, fixed leak, explained leak, and also did some extra work free of charge to improve long term performance.

  We bought a water softener through Lowe's and Pleasant Valley was the contracted install company. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were on time and worked quickly. When we had a problem with the water softener (no fault of the plumbers), Pleasant Valley worked quickly with Lowe's to rectify the problem to our complete satisfaction. We've recently used them again for another plumbing job and had the same great experience. It is so nice to find a service company you can trust. Don't hesitate to try them!
