  I had an issue with my heat not working on Christmas Eve. Frank dropped by and discovered the problem (relay going bad in the exhaust housing) He was able to test his analysis before replacing the part. Completed the job for under 250.00 parts and labor on Christmas Eve.

  Had a HVAC system in a house that I just purchased. This System was quite old. I sent Pleasant air an email asking for a ballpark figure on replacing the outside unit. I then scheduled an appointment to be sometime Thursday. Thursday morning came around, and shortly after 8 I get a call from their tech. He wants to meet at 9. Frank, my technician, shows up on time and gets right to work. I was expecting to get a sales pitch to replace the 35 year old furnace unit or a different one to replace the outside unit. I get neither of those. Instead I get Frank to service and clean my units. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The entire service took about 2 hours and involved a good cleaning and replacing some parts on my furnace. He also added some coolant and cleaned my outside unit. All of this was a little more then $200, which is a good price for the level of service. I am very glad that Pleasant air sent me a technician instead of a salesman. TL;DR Great level of service without any shady sales tactics. 10/10 would have my furnace serviced again by them.

  Came out last week to look at a repair and scheduled an appointment for yesterday (Wednesday) at 0830. Called Tuesday to say they were having problems finishing a job and could not make it until Thursday at 0830. Today is Thursday, it's 0930 and no one is here. No phone call. Called them to find out when someone would be here and they said "oh, we forgot to call you. We're backed up and can't be there today. We can be there tomorrow at 0830." My response - no one will be here until 5PM. They "checked to see what they could do to get someone out" and NOW the schedule says 10 August. This from a company that says they have 24 hour service. This is not a trustworthy company - just keep looking.
