  What can I say, every part of the experience with platinum plumbing was above and beyond. It started with a friendly phone call requesting a estimate. Then Andrew came over and discussed with us (at great length because we had a ton of questions) the tankless vs tank water heating. Tankless is much more money than just replacing a tank, so I had a lot of questions. Spent a considerable amount of time with him and he was very patient and very thorough. We also discussed my sump pump and the possibility of a water backup sump pump. After Andrew left it wasn't long before I had my estimate and I talked to Chris and we discussed options. Again at great length. Extremely easy to talk to and I felt right at home instantly. We have the Navien NPE-240A2 on-demand water heater installed and a new Zoeller M53 sump pump installed. Platinum plumbing was not the lowest bid. In fact of the three estimates we received they actually were the highest. They spent the most time with us and were so very thorough it really helped in our decision where as the other two that I called were pretty much quick estimates not much conversation at all, almost as though we were bothering them. Andrew and Chris however, were extremely personable, and fantastic conversations. The work is top-notch, you get what you pay for. We would not hesitate at all hiring them for anything. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone especially if you're uncertain about anything. Here is a summary of what Andrew did. Drain and remove 40 gallon tank heater. Install Tankless water heater. Contact the city and have them shut the water off on the main valve out by the street. Put a new shut off valve for the house right by the meter. Remove old sump pump, install new sump pump. Well done Platinum!

  We had had negative experiences with plumbers previously, but these guys are great. Two years ago we had a few things done and this month we had a water heater installed. Derek was great. I highly recommend them because 1) they do not overbook...that is, they don't try to squeeze in as many appts as possible and then take short cuts during your appt so they can get to the next call. 2) Did great work and professional. Easily the best plumbers in the area.
