I've been to Plainville Plumbing supply on two occasions for my household plumbing needs and the service was outstanding. They cared to steer me in the best direction for sourcing parts quickly and for the best price even if it meant not sourcing through their store. The customer service was excellent as they took the time to share expertise to help get my problems resolved. I'm grateful for Plainville Plumbing Supply.

Pat and his crew are very accomidating multiple times I needed items either for my bathroom or shop they even went on a Saturday to get a water heater for me. This last time I was looking for parts for my bbq roastisere in a pinch and they able to help great company.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. My husband and I bought a house and it needed a lot of plumbing work. We were very overwhelmed, and after 6 trips to the big box stores, we couldn’t find the parts we needed. We ended up finding this place in Plainville and was greeted by the owner Pat. He knew exactly what our problem was, and walked us through the process, and got us all the supplies we needed to fix the job. It was such a relief for us. We went back the next day with a different problem and again, he got us everything we needed. Pat and the crew there are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They saved us from hours and hours of frustration. So thankful to have found this place! Do yourself a favor, and go here instead of anywhere else!

Got to the shop minutes befor closing and the guys still took there time to show me different options and talk to me and my wife about the pro's and con's about them. Never once did I feel rushed or like they were pushing me out of the shop. My wife and I kept apologizing for our poor timing and the guys kept telling us not to worry and it was no problem.. it was an amazing experience.
The staff was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and some of the nicest guys in retail I've run into in a LONG time. Made me feel like they enjoyed what they do and more importantly enjoyed helping my family. For me that goes a long way. I've already recommended this place to all my buddies and now to all of you.
