  We called regarding a leaking hot water tank. They were able to schedule us quickly. Steve was very professional. He listed all of our options and explained the issues to us thoroughly. He fixed our leak and recommended replacing the tank based upon the age. He did not push the most expensive repair and instead gave us the information to make the choice. He worked with us to maximize our value. We will be using this company again and would be happy to have Steve back.

  Steve was so thorough doing his job. He was able to diagnose the issue and backed up his reasoning. He was extremely patient with me as I am a relatively new homeowner. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out key areas of plumbing I should be aware of. He also discussed other services with me that I was interested in. He did an awesome job!

  Service was fine. Asked for a estimate to clean Dryer pipe and install a new booster fan. The price was outrageous. Pippin wanted $1269.00 to do this. I looked up best dryer booster fans for Jan 2022 and the top rated booster fan is $245.00. Pippin told me the booster fan would be $849.00. That means just to clean the pipe was going to be $420.00. What? Pippins estimate is just crazy. After some research I found I could get a whole new pipe and the fan for way less than $1269.00.
