  David Pipkins has been doing my families plumbing since I was a child and I went to school with his son, all that aside he is an honest, fair, hard-working Man. I wouldn’t recommend anybody but him

  The gentlemen that answer the phones and I believe actually do the work are not very friendly. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. There are two different numbers you have to call to get answers and it almost seems like they are upset because you bothered them. May I suggest hiring a secretary. I need a job.
